If you are looking to join the group just fill in the contact form letting us know the following:

• If you are in your third trimester.
• If you have a baby up to 12 months of age (with date of birth).
• Tell us your post code.
• Please also tell us your mobile number.

Once we have this information and establish that you meet the membership criteria, we will send you an application form.  (If you don't meet the criteria, we will advise you of this)
